Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within Canada only. If you are located outside Canada and are interested in a piece, please email zoeartisticconcepts@gmail.com and we will let you know what may be possible.

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your piece and is paid by the buyer. For larger original paintings, we may contact you with a shipping quote before finalizing your order to ensure safe, insured delivery.

Local pickup: Free local pickup is available in Kamloops, BC. Choose local pickup at checkout or email us to arrange a time.

Processing and delivery: Available original paintings and prints are typically packaged and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Commissioned works are shipped once completed and fully cured. You will receive tracking information once your piece is on its way.

Care in transit: Every piece is packaged with protective materials and shipped with tracking. High-value originals are insured.
