Refund policy
All sales are final. Because each piece is an original, handmade work of art, all purchases of original paintings, prints, and commissioned works are final and non-refundable.
Damaged in transit: Every piece is packaged with great care. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please email zoeartisticconcepts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Commissions: Commissioned works are created to your specifications and are non-refundable. Commission terms, including any deposit, are agreed upon before work begins.
